All prints offered on this website are original photographic works created by Andrew Stupple. Product descriptions, sizes, editions, and pricing are displayed on each product page.

Colours may vary slightly depending on screen calibration. All measurements are approximate.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment is processed securely through Squarespace’s integrated payment system.

Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders are not affected.

5. Ordering Process

When you place an order:

  1. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

  2. Your print will be produced, packaged, and shipped according to the timelines below.

  3. You will receive a dispatch notification once your order has shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • the product is unavailable

  • there is an error in pricing or product information

  • payment cannot be processed

6. Shipping

6.1 Shipping Locations

We ship from the United Kingdom to:

  • UK

  • EU

  • International destinations

6.2 Production & Dispatch Times

Each print is produced to order. Typical timelines:

  • UK orders: 5–10 working days

  • EU orders: 7–14 working days

  • International orders: 10–20 working days

These timelines may vary depending on print size, edition type, or seasonal demand.

6.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and print size.

6.4 Packaging

Prints are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Larger prints may be shipped in tubes; smaller prints may be shipped flat.

6.5 Customs & Import Duties

International customers (including EU) may be charged customs duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photographs of the damage

  • the packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund.

7.2 Change of Mind

Because prints are produced to order, we cannot accept returns or cancellations for:

  • change of mind

  • ordering the wrong size

  • ordering the wrong image

This is standard practice for made‑to‑order fine‑art prints.

7.3 Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, we cannot refund or replace orders that fail to arrive. Please check your details carefully before submitting your order.

8. Intellectual Property

All images, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Andrew Stupple / Image Atlas. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • delays caused by postal services or couriers

  • customs delays

  • loss or damage caused by incorrect delivery information

  • indirect or consequential losses

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
